LEGO Inside Tour 2027 registration is open: choose the experience before the trip
The October 16 application deadline, what the three-day tour includes, and a shorter Billund option for fans planning ahead.

The application window is short
Registration for the 2027 LEGO Inside Tour is open, with applications closing October 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CEST. LEGO House lists ten three-day tours between March and November. Applying does not guarantee a place; the organizer says demand exceeds capacity. These details were checked October 14.
The announced price is DKK 25,000 per person. The package includes three hotel nights with breakfast, and meals during the tour. Travel to Billund and extra hotel nights are separate. Participants must be at least 12, with an adult accompanying those aged 12–17.
For readers considering an application, the useful first step is to decide who would actually travel and which dates are workable. Treat the application and the travel booking as separate decisions: an expression of interest is not a confirmed itinerary.
The experience has a specific focus
The Inside Tour combines factory access, the LEGO Vault and a building session with designers. There is also a material change for 2027: Ole Kirk’s home and the internal museum will be unavailable during renovation. The history visit moves to the History Collection at LEGO House; Vault access remains.
That distinction matters if a particular historic location is the reason for your trip. Read the current program rather than assuming a previous visitor’s account describes next year’s route.
A one-day alternative has a different timetable
The separate LEGO Fan Tour is listed at DKK 4,999 per person for 2027, with ticket sales starting November 23, 2026, at 10:00 CET. Its one-day program includes the factory, Vault and a guided LEGO House visit. Lunch is included, along with an extra LEGO House day before or after, subject to opening hours.
The minimum age is ten, and guests under 18 need an adult participant. Travel and accommodation are excluded. The organizer also flags extensive walking. This is a different product with its own sale date, not a shorter place in the Inside Tour application process.
Choose what you want to learn
Our planning suggestion is to write down the part of LEGO you most want to explore: manufacturing, design conversations, historical sets or time building with other fans. Compare that list with the published programs before comparing the total trip cost.
A clear priority makes the choice easier. It also leaves room to enjoy Billund on your own terms, rather than treating the longest itinerary as the automatic goal. Use the official pages for applications and current availability; this guide is independent editorial coverage, not a booking service.
